Our broths are a brilliant base for so many dishes…
Ingredients
This is a dish where you take the lead…. what’s left in the fridge? what do you need to use up? what flavours do you love?
For ours we used 1/4 cabbage, half a red pepper, onion, fresh ginger and garlic, some mushrooms and shallots. You could also use carrot, leafy greens etc
Noodles- we used udon and cooked them in the broth as we prepared it.
Grass Fed Beef bones and Organic Mushroom Broth
Method
- Prepare your vegetables by slicing. 
- Sautee onion, garlic and ginger. 
- Add hot water and broth to your saucepan (amount of water and both depends on amount of serves.) 
- Add noodles to start cooking. 
- Add vegetables (we like them with a little crunch so added them with just enough time to blanch.) 
- Serve in your favourite bowl. Delish!
